Why the pen mode matters
A lot of people get stuck here. For pen mode, the calculator assumes 1 click = 0.01mL, which is the same as 1 IU. So if you load 2mL, that gives you 200 IU total. If you load 2.5mL, that gives you 250 IU total. That is the cleanest way to think about it.
The calculator then works out how much peptide is sitting in each 0.01mL click based on your vial strength and how much liquid you added.
Simple example
Say you have a 10mg vial and you add 2.5mL of bac water.
- Total peptide = 10mg
- Total liquid = 2.5mL
- Concentration = 4mg per mL
- Each click = 0.01mL
- So each click = 0.04mg
If your target dose is 0.25mg, that works out to about 6.25 clicks.
What Klow and Glow make more annoying
Single-compound vials are simple. Blend products are where people get tripped up. That is why the calculator now supports better presets for blends like Klow 80mg and Glow 50mg or 70mg, instead of pretending every vial is a nice clean 10mg single.
